Walker Pouch

**Level 1-Easy** (SCBLO and DCFLO stitches only)
Start your next crochet project with this gingham plaid pouch mosaic crochet pattern! This pouch features a mosaic overlay design worked in the round. There are no ends to weave in or cut, making it a quick and easy project to work up.  

I designed this pouch for the front of my mom’s walker so she can carry small items from room to room as she moves around her home.  (That’s my beautiful Mom in the photo!) This pouch is the perfect size for cell phones, glasses, tv remotes and a variety of other items that are necessary, but hard to hold when using a walker.  There is a button closure at the top so the items stay secure when the walker is collapsed to stow in a car.

Size: 11”x 6”
*Size will vary depending on yarn weight and hook.  
This calculation was based on weight 4 worsted/aran yarn and hook size of 5mm.  Gauge:  4 stitches  and 4 rows=1 inch

Color A (dark)– 112 yds
Color B (light) – 68 yds

Notions: 1” buttons (3)
