**Level 2-Advanced**  (angle stitches)

Add a touch of seaside charm with the Seahorse Tote, a playful and practical addition to my Under the Sea Collection. This mosaic crochet pattern worked in the round features the Seahorse motif from my Beyond the Basics course, transformed into a beautifully textured bag that’s as fun to make as it is to carry. With detailed charted and written instructions, you’ll enjoy watching the graceful seahorses emerge as each round builds. Whether you’re headed to the market, the marina, or your weekly crochet meetup, this tote brings coastal personality and handmade artistry wherever it goes.

This mosaic crochet pattern is an advanced skill level and is recommended for crocheters with experience in mosaic overlay crochet.  Detailed instructions, photos, and video tutorials will guide you through each step of the project. With a little bit of patience and practice, you'll be a pro in no time!

If you are new to angle stitches, I highly recommend trying them first with this free Heart Mug Rug pattern.  This small 7”x 7” project is a great introduction to my angle notation system and includes my full stitch key.

Written for Mosaic Overlay Crochet, this pattern includes:
•    Charts
•    Written Pattern
•    Detailed Instructions packet
•    Stitch Key
•    Photo tutorials
•    Video tutorials for each type of stitch used in the pattern

This pattern is divided into 4 sections and is worked in the round. I would suggest using the Knit Companion app (my personal preference as it is brilliant and saves on printer ink and paper), but I have also included layout instructions for the charts if you prefer to print out your pages. The written pattern sections correlate with the charts so they can be used together. I have also included a full chart on one page for those who wish to use Knit Companion (or similar technology) without all the page breaks.

Special thanks to Victoria Crouse and Shirley Sola Osborn for testing this pattern.

The instructions packet and video tutorials should answer any questions you may have. I also have a Facebook group dedicated to answering questions and building community around my patterns. Please join us! Sign up for my newsletter for exclusive offers and never miss a sale!
