Monkey Blanket

If you're looking for a fun and unique crochet pattern, you'll love My Monkeys-My Circus mosaic crochet blanket pattern. If you are new to angle stitches, I highly recommend trying them first with this free Heart Mug Rug pattern. This small 7”x 7” project is a great introduction to my angle notation system and includes my full stitch key.

Size:  37”x 47” Throw
*Size will vary depending on yarn weight and hook.  
This calculation was based on Stylecraft Special DK yarn and hook size of 3.75mm.  Gauge:  5 stitched and 5 rows=1 inch

Yarn:        
Color A- 1210 yds    (Brown)
Color B- 1374 yds (White)
Color C – 853 yds (Red)
2” Double Border – 652 yds

This pattern is divided into 6 sections and is worked from the bottom up. I would suggest using the Knit Companion app (my personal preference as it is brilliant and saves on printer ink and paper), but I have also included layout instructions if you prefer to print out your charts. The written pattern sections correlate with the charts so they can be used together. I have also included a full chart on one page for those who wish to use Knit Companion (or similar technology) without all the page breaks.
