Dolphin Blanket 1

**Level 1-Easy** (basic SCBLO and DCFLO stitches only)
If you're looking for a unique, one-of-a-kind baby blanket, this dolphins mosaic overlay crochet blanket pattern is perfect for you! This beautiful blanket features a dolphin mom and baby in mosaic overlay. It's perfect for any dolphin lover or for anyone who wants to add a little bit of whimsy to their home. This blanket is part of my Animals and Their Young collection and is an easy skill level-perfect for crocheters who are new to mosaic crochet!

Level 3-Advanced

Written for Mosaic Overlay Crochet, this pattern includes:

Size:  35”x 46”
*Size will vary depending on yarn weight and hook.  
This calculation was based on Stylecraft Special DK yarn and hook size of 3.75mm.  Gauge:  5 stitched and 5 rows=1 inch

Yarn:        
Color A- 1365 yds    (Design Color)
Color B- 896 yds (Background Color)
2” Double Border – 624 yds

This pattern is divided into 6 sections (6 pages each) and is worked from the bottom up. I would suggest using the Knit Companion app (my personal preference as it is brilliant and saves on printer ink and paper), but I have also included layout instructions if you prefer to print out your pages. The written pattern sections correlate with the charts so they can be used together. I have also included a full chart on one page for those who wish to use Knit Companion (or similar technology) without all the page breaks.
